Production Administrator

A rewarding opportunity has arisen for a motivated and talented person to join the Centek Team. This is a 2 year fixed term contract with the potential to become permanent.

Position Summary:

Your key responsibility will be to create and maintain the various systems and documentation associated with manufacturing. You will be working closely with the production team when creating production documentation. You will be working to ISO 45001 guidelines.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Create/update various documentation required in production such as visual aids, SOP’s and work instructions.
  • Assist with management of electronic timesheets and holiday/absence records.
  • Assist with various project work.
  • Raise Purchase Requisitions for Production
  • Coordinate 3rd Party Inspections and Audits
  • Coordinate Occupational Health Checks
  • Managment of temporary staff timesheets and customer liaison
  • Compiling Reports for Production when required
  • Receiving and checking material certificates for sheet steel.
  • Various administrative functions as required by the business.
  • Working with Purchasing and H&S Departments, Manage and Coordinate Statutory Inspections

Location: Based in Newton Abbot, Devon.

Reporting to: Production Manager/Supervisor.

Hours of work: Office hours 37.5hrs Flexible. 2 year fixed term contract with the potential to become permanen
