Where do we store your personal data?

Data that we collect from you will be stored on servers in the UK or may be collected by SurveyMonkey and transferred to the United States for the purposes of storage. While this is a not a Member State of the European Union (EU), SurveyMonkey are a member of the EU-US Privacy Shield Program. This confirms that appropriate and suitable safeguards have been put in place to protect your personal data in accordance with the standards set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The personal data shall be shared with the Centek Holding Limited (“the data controller”) and Centek Inc including their respective employees and contractors who will be provisioned with the data to facilitate the purposes for which the data shall be processed as outlined previously. These processors may use sub processors of which a comprehensive list is available upon request. The legal basis for this processing is based on consent, and your personal data shall not be stored or processed if you do not consent. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time, although this will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Furthermore, the provision of data is not a statutory or contractual requirement, or a requirement necessary to enter into a contract. You are not obliged to provide the personal data, and there are no notable consequences of failing to provide such data. Additionally, you have the right to request from us, the Centek Holdings Limited (“the data controller”), access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning your personal data or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Will we share your information with third parties?
