The HDSO slip-on heavy duty stop collar is engineered for challenging well conditions where strength and reliability are paramount. Designed to securely hold centralizers on the casing, the HDSO provides exceptional holding force to withstand high axial loads, ensuring stability and performance in demanding wellbore environments. Made from the same patented steel as Centek’s heavy-duty premium centralizers, each HDSO is heat-treated to enhance strength and tempered for added resilience, making it a durable solution for critical applications.

As a counterpart to the S2-HD Heavy Duty Centralizer, the HDSO stop collar features two offset rows of M12 socket set screws for secure attachment, with fitment tested up to 50 lb-ft of torque. Its anti-vibration screw retention design ensures reliable performance even in the most challenging conditions, and it is optimized for casing grades up to P110. The HDSO offers operators a robust, high-performance solution to maintain well integrity and support effective cementing operations in tough environments.

Performance ratings

Stop collar performance depends on the ability of the stop collar to hold the centralizer in place. This aids 'runability' and is measured by holding force and integral strength. To help with product selection we've added a rating to all our stop collar products for runability and strength.
