NEWS CENTEK CENTER OF EXCELLENCE TO FOCUS ON NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Centek has created a Center of Excellence (CoE), to meet the needs of a challenging market place, with ever more complex and unique requirements.
The main role of the CoE will be to lead new product development, taking each design from concept to finished product. The CoE will be responsible for significantly reducing development time ensuring new products are brought to market within tight timelines, to meet the needs of operators.
Gary Watson, Centek Limited MD, stated; ‘innovation is critical to expanding technical boundaries and the CoE will be at the forefront of leading new developments in centralization’.
The new department, headed up by CoE Manager Dr Richard Fletcher BSc PhD, previously of Honda and Cosworth, will provide customers with dedicated technical and engineering support. This will mean faster response times to help meet customer objectives.
The quality assurance of all new products will be a vital function of the new department, guaranteeing that Centek’s single-minded focus on ‘Excellence to the Core’ is met for every new product and process.
